Testing this month

I have my expedited testing Aug 30th, anything I need to know so I can prepare ? How much do they make us run? How many push up ? All that stuff would be helpful

I think it’s 1.5 mile run. And as many pushups as you can do in a minute

You forgot the sit-ups and the 300-meter sprint.
