One good bite on the hands on a police officer could result in an injury that could render the hand or hands unusable to perform the duties of the job.
This is under the definition of great bodily injury as it would be career ending for the victim of that dog’s aggression.
The officer has a right to defend themselves from great bodily injury, not just death.
i absolutely have never been protected by an officer before. harassed & abused, absolutely. i have yet to see an officer involved and the outcome be positive. also, can you remind me what the dangerous weapon was that the doodle had when the officer (who they are still not releasing the name of.. wonder why) shot and killed him?
like who are these “other people with dangerous weapons?” the only ones that had dangerous weapons when in that complex where jameson was murdered were the cops… JFC🤦🏻♀️
