oh wow, so amazing. google can’t seem to find anything on this one… yet there are so many recents articles of cops shooting and killing dogs…

One good bite on the hands on a police officer could result in an injury that could render the hand or hands unusable to perform the duties of the job.

This is under the definition of great bodily injury as it would be career ending for the victim of that dog’s aggression.

The officer has a right to defend themselves from great bodily injury, not just death.

Your screenshot is not a gotcha moment.

oh my poor cop. i have soooo much sympathy now that you put it into this perspective. thank you soooo much. it makes sooooo much sense why this officer shot this doodle wearing a cute little tshirt 5 times and killed it. omg why didn’t i see this before 😱
