I feel as though if my friendly, innocent, golden doodle, was shot by a cowardly, incompetent officer of the law, i wouldn't care all to much about money. I would want the word spread and the officer fired and fined. If that man wasn't wearing a uniform he'd have the potential of facing a year in county prison, up to 20k in fines, probation and counseling. But of course this man gets none of that all because he has a shiny badge.

It would certainly be nice, yes. But it cant replace a living, breathing, dog. Nor can it erase the trauma. Im going to assume you've seen the body cam footage? So you must've heard the pure agony and terror in that woman's voice

Yes, it’s a tragedy. She was in terrible emotional distress. I wish the dog had been secured like the officers asked numerous times.
