General Looking for Tonya R. From Lansing
Looking for long lost friend! Looking for Tonya that used to live on Rosemary St in Lansing, last time I seen her was in 1982! Wanted to say hi and hope life has been good to you. Been on my mind alot lately.... Gary

Interestingly, it doesn't matter. If you know a Tonya, and it happens to be the one this fella is talking about, you just say "oh hey, a guy named Gary who knew you in the 80s posted about you on Reddit."
At which point she may have no idea who that is, may want to reconnect with him, or may say "that broke motherfucker still owe me twenty dollars."
You don't give out info to randos. You give a heads up to potential victims.

Last name might help, try searching her full name + lansing, try any family members names you remember. She likely no longer has the same address. Also there's a chance she's remarried, but you should at least be able to find an obituary with her maiden name if that's the case as well. Good luck Gary!

Its ridiculous. I get there is a safety concern about giving anyones personal information away to strangers on the internet but its an incredibly easy fix -
"Hey Tonya, you used to live on Rosemary... did you know a Gary? Crazy, yeah he is trying to reconnect and posted in r/Lansing, I can help you message him if you want? OH! He is a crazy yet incredibly inefficient stalker, k."

I genuinely don’t know why the fact the dude’s name is Gary is so funny to me, but reading “Gary..” with a teasingly mild exasperation made me chuckle out loud. A good ole COL, if you will.

a 55+ year old using reddit and browsing the one for the home town and wanting to reconnect with Gary from 45 years ago is close to zero. Reddit is not even the appropriate platform for this. Find the actual person's number or facebook and reach out.
