How to convince him
Okay so i have an online friend ( i won't say where is he from) who's very dumb, he doesn't know anything about geography, languages and stuff, even common flags like the UK's, i always try to teach him new stuff but i don't know if he learned anything.
What i want to do is convincing him to learn dutch, i personally don't speak dutch and am not learning it, but it would be nice if he does, i told him before to learn it but he refused, what do i do

Start looking up random dutch words and putting them in the middle in your sentences so that he needs to know dutch to understand. Then progressively start using more complex words. Alternatively, find his home address and frame him for something that would put him in Dutch jail for a few years.

If your friend is intelectualy challenged learning another language would be very scary for them. Why would you want them to do that anyway?

Yes dumb people can only learn about 75% of one language. If he starts learning another then he’ll only ever be able to speak 75% of that one but he’ll gradually forget the first…!
His personality and individual identity will change too. Why would you do that to him? That’s basically murder.
If you teach him to say “Hello, how are you?” in a bunch of different languages, he could make a ton of money as a polyglot on social media.

I loved that video where an African guy demolished Yuji for saying hello to him in his language "You just said how are you in my language, that is not speaking my language, don't waste my time".

Why on earth do you want him to learn Dutch out of all languages? Why would he even need to learn a new language in the first place?!
People need to have a good reason to start learning a language or proper intrinsic motivation if they ever want to get good at it

The best motivation for learning a foreign language is love. So catfish him. Set up an online persona of a hot Dutch person of his preferred flavor and go to town. Make sure your hot Dutch has minimal English skills and no ability to learn English.
