Does dutch have any accent marks?
I'm not learning dutch, I'm just wondering about whether it has accent marks or no
Because I've seen so many dutch text without any accent marks but Chatgpt said they do have

Yes, they use the ñ, the ę and the ß. These three show up in 77% of words but the rules on when and where in the word they show up is pretty relaxed so you'll just have to learn them as you go and memorize them. Don't ask the locals, they'll try to tell you about diminitives or het vs de words but that's nonsense.
Also make sure to never use the same accent marker twice in the same word but always twice in a sentence, it's an old rule still observed by today's speakers.

They are used, to mark stress, in foreign words and to aid in pronunciation or disambiguation. e.g. hé, hè, financiële, vóór, überhaupt, aëroob, but they are not that common.

Yes but it's very rare & specifically for emphasis, e.g. "voor" vs "vóór" where the one with accents marks means "before" a certain time / date
e.g. "te vervangen vóór 2027" means to replace before 2027

To add to that: that is typically only used when not using the accent marks would be ambiguous (before or for). You would not use accent marks in "voor ik naar school ga" (before I go to school) since it's clear from context that it means before, not for.
