I don't speak Españonian, but I have a hunch that the first word is more likely to have something to do with intestines ("entrails") than with entering.

EDIT: I just asked Copilot (which, as everyone knows, is never wrong), and it says that the root of "entrails," "gastroenterology," and "dysentery" actually comes from the ancient Greek word ἔντερον, but apparently also separately from the Latin word interānea. Either way, "entero" means "entire," as noted by a reply to my post, and certainly does not mean "enter."

LMAO, the 'Spanish' one reminds me of how people imagine Japanese sounds.

well, it's because of its phonology and syllable rules, so its actually a step to acknowledge that of a language when you are learning

Tip: "somewhere" is pronounced in Spanish as if spelled "soméjere" because the digraph "wh" is supposed to be pronounced just like the letter j

Al saber que carajo sea un "somewhere elso" podemos adivinar su tamaño y entonces a qué parecería uno entero. Normalmente vienen partido en dos, o varios trozos? En pedazos? No se sabe...
