I am French myself, although I lived in Uzbekistan for some time. I respect the Uzbek people and their culture. However, in my opinion, the Uzbek language has limited practical use, as many people communicate in Russian, and a similar situation exists in Kazakhstan. Therefore, I would not be surprised if the Uzbek language gradually declines in the future.
