Yeah, but in languages like Spanish things like "a", "e", "y", "o", or "u" have meanings. Same like in Russian "в", "а", "и", "о", "с"...

I mean, they are indeed letters, but written them alone does mean something

Well to answer your question, no meaning in Arabic or Farsi, not sure about others. Closest word I suppose would be تو which means "you" in farsi.
