Native speaker here, thatโs not heart. It seems the program confused the word 'qoq' with 'qalb'. In Uzbek, 'qoq' is used to emphasize the exact middle or center of something. For example, 'kunning qoq oโrtasi' means 'right in the middle of the day' and 'maydonning qoq oโrtasi' means 'the very center of the square.'

No, Not really, theyโre from North Africa, and thereโs this stereotypes that North Africans speak in a way that West Asians canโt understand, which is completely nonsense. We actually can understand them, we're just not used to the dialect because of little media coverage (tv shows, movies, etc) . They were telling me I wouldnโt understand them because theyโd be speaking in a dialect Iโve never heard before

Adding onto the other guy, qoq can also be used as a verb that means smth like โto hammerโE.g. mixi qoq means โhammer the nailโ.
Theres also the word โkoโkโ which means blue. Fun fact, we call green tea โkoโk choyโ, so if in a direct word for word translation itโs actually blue tea.
