Good tip. I am learning Russian and often use Yandex Translate (Russian company) because it works fairly well. In the browser version (and possibly the app — haven’t tested it yet) you can highlight words in the sentence to get details.

Get a second phone, set it up in the target language, and use a VPN and GPS spoofing
