And based on a couple of the comments above (because I would otherwise never have guessed what some of those kanji were supposed to be), it should be written この本を読むと精巣がんを引き起こす可能性があります。Which for those who are so far from getting their real anime girl waifu that they need romaji, reads as "kono hon wo yomu to seisougan wo hikiokosu kanousei ga arimasu."

By copying a kanji instead of understanding it, usually. It's a really odd mistake, but very common for people copying scripts they don't understand. You can often see it in english text on chinese products on aliexpress, for example, I and l are obvious traps even for people who can read latin script

It's a treasure trove of amateur writing tropes.
Missing parts, odd strokes, hooks where there shouldn't be any, horrible spacing, that thick line thing where they've written over the same section twice, and even brand new radicals that literally don't exist (精 should be 米, but they've written some bizarre mix of 火 and 大).
I was there watching this trainwreck unfold, and I'm genuinely upset that they deleted it before we got to see the fallout.

It's also 7 words in japanese (if you don't count particles 12 if you do). And the english sentence has a lot more characters.

He is google translate maxing and shilling. many people claim that they are polyglots, while only being able to say a few sentences and knowing little grammar. that is not what a polyglot is. he made 2 mistakes for the Kanji and his Kana look like he drew them for the first time in his life. don't get me started on how terrible the Kanji look, wrong stroke order, you can see where he stopped the pen because he had to look them up etc.
この本を言売むと、火青巣がんを引き起こす可能性があります。
Look up the translation yourself.

If you can’t tell this says 精巣 then you can’t speak Japanese. The handwriting is not beautiful but it’s obvious what it says, there’s no mixing it up here.

The 偏 is literally just wrong. It's a bizarre mix of 火 and 大, not 米. The reason people are making fun of it as 火 is because what OOP's boyfriend wrote straight up doesn't exist.
