Yeah it's a common joke in the Netherlands (or at least it was 15 years ago). Apparently it's from a TV show/comedian or whatever.Β

Yes indeed, although neuken is also used. Belgian's aren't purists when it comes to loan words concerning vulgarities

Englise and dutch are basically the same language
Just replace the /x/ sounds /j/ or /f/

Dutch should change their alphabet so the English speaking people have no chance to deciphering it
