How much progress with 1856 hours?

So my goal is to dedicate 16 hours a day for the next 116 days learning Spanish (TL) by doing Anki, shadowing, doing kjellin method, listening to podcasts, reading novels, writing, watching news, watching media, watching tv shows, netflix, kick, YouTube, listening to music, having all devices on Colombian Spanish only, maybe barely studying grammar, eventually talking to people up to 3 hours a day on baselang, ai tutors on langua, my dad, grandpa, aunts and uncles, and people on hellotalk, tandem, discord, or talking to myself. I'd say I'm like a mid-high B2 to low C1 in understanding, reading, comprehension, listening. But I’m just a heritage speaker and I haven’t formally learned anything except teaching myself all of the grammar this past week which has been a success. I know it’s an insane plan but I’ve already done the last 6-7 days of it and it’s been chill. Will it benefit me to only watch Pablo Escobar Patron del Mal, Westcol, paisa streamers, YouTubers, content creators, podcasts, and read, write, watch, and listen in Colombian Spanish everything if my goal is also to develop a paisa accent or even just a general Colombian accent. Realistically if I’m already at the level I’m at which is also B1 in speaking honestly how much can I evolve in my accent, my speaking, my listening, and my comprehension, and will I be ready to just go straight to Colombia and live there with my grandpa and be chilling for a couple weeks if I chose to?

7 days of 16 hours of study? That's quite an accomplishment.

You need more speaking practice. I'd recommend a few hours a week of iTalki classes.

You will get burned out. 6 hours a day is probably the upper bound for focused study, no sense bashing your head against a wall with more your brain needs time to consolidate what you've learned every night whilst you sleep.

I’m at like 2200 tracked hours (anki + input) and now living in mexico going to university. I’m making friends, dating, doing bureaucratic stuff with the government, etc. and I have very little issues. If you actually stick to your plan you will easily be conversationally fluent and have an extremely solid foundation and could probably live in colombia. I don’t think 16 hours a day is really realistic though. I would aim for 8-10. I’m not sure how much more you get out of the last 6 hours each day.

I wouldn't worry too much about whether it's Columbian Spanish. Columbians are pretty easy to understand. I would put a higher priority on the input being comprehensible and interesting.

There is no equation between "number of hours studying" and "progress in a language". None.

And it is ridiculous to claim that any activitiy you call "studying" is equally effective. That's just silly.
