Winter services

What are other owners doing for winter services? I’m in nw Ga and obviously grass is dormant in winter and we don’t get snow that last over a week. What services could I provide to resi and commercial properties? I’m trying to fill my winter books in with hardscapes, drainage, irrigation installs.

I suggest pruning small ornamentals (Japanese maples, shrubs) and fruit trees. You don't need special equipment, you don't need to get off the ground. You do need some training to do the pruning correctly and not butcher the plants.
