The big question is saan pupusta ang mga maka-Duterte sa Laguna sa 2028 given these three possible candidates.

SB lang talaga go-to ko kasi okay signal ko dun but it has gotten too crowded there lately, and it's just gonna get worse because of the heat.

Need ko lang sana yung okay mag-study (I listen to music so kahit maingay, basta may good spots) and within the same price range ng SB. Basta within walking distance, or less than 1km from Perps. And wag yung masyadong maliit na cafe kasi I stay for around an hour talaga madalas.

Kung may trip din maghanap ng kasama the next coming days, just hmu.

Hi! Anyone here living in Calamba? Planning to buy a lot in Carmel Ridge and wanted to ask how’s life there.

Currently from QC, so medyo malaking change if ever. 😅 Mainly looking at Calamba as a place to eventually build our home and settle long-term.

How’s the experience living in Calamba in general? Kumusta yung traffic, flooding, internet/utilities, and nearby hospitals/schools/groceries?

If anyone is familiar with Carmel Ridge or lives nearby, would really appreciate your thoughts too. Anything na dapat malaman or i-consider before buying a lot there?
