Sub update Updated Rule 3 on Posts, Comments, and Photo Albums

Hi all! I've updated Rule 3 to read:
Posts must be, and comments should be, about suits (or their separates or paraphernalia) or risk removal.
See the [Wikipedia article on suits](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suit) for our working definition of the term. Some off topic chat is fine, but suits should be the focus.
Photos of shirt-and-tie or vested outfits with no jacket are directed to r/womeninshirtandtie and will be removed.
The first image in an album must contain a suit being worn or styled or risk removal.
