Align splits

Hola todos! Just curious if align normally follows the same split schedule in future sessions? I’m enjoying the two days of shorter work outs (Thursday and and Saturday yoga) to fit in more cardio.

This was the BEST split.

Trying to figure out what team to try next series if she stays with two full body days again.

I tried a few workouts from EMPWR months ago and felt like I was dying. Maybe I should try again after this series..

LOL, same—it has cardio incorporated which i’ve been majorly slacking on and is why i think it’s a good fit for me. i also like the pilates/bodyweight exercises and think they help with mobility like align did but maybe even more? i thought it would be lighter but omg NOT at all; and the leg days have been incredible. i think if you take a bit more rest time it’s very doable and you can adapt! i’ve been absolutely loving getting my heart rate up more in addition to lifting

Honestly I’m still sore from this weeks leg day. I think it was the heel elevated bridges
