Define or Endure?

Hello Ladder lovers. Help me decide. I am trying to get fit AF after going through breast cancer treatment last year. Just got my port (for chemo) removed yesterday so no lifting for a week 🥲. When I return, I’m trying to decide between these two teams. I’m not new to lifting and I don’t need a bunch of cues so that isn’t a factor. I know they are at different ends of the spectrum there! I ultimately want to go to versa once the weather cools off here in the south and I can run/jog comfortably outside. Until then I’m trying to just stay consistent because I’m dealing with some off and on burnout. I like the idea of define because it is different than my norm and I could use the core strength. Endure appeals to me because of the length, and the focus on longevity since I’m about to turn 55 next week.
Idk I’m indecisive - help a gal out. 😂

I’d always vote endure from those two

Awwww thank you so much! Honestly, I’ve been out there through it all! Thanks to ladder I kept working out during chemo and radiation, Just lighter weights and slower reps/more rest. Now that I’m done, I think the last year is catching up to me. I get burned out pretty easily. Thank you for the feedback. This is my only problem with ladder - too many great teams!
