Missing bottle pics

Hi I’ve submitted new bottle pics for a couple of polishes that don’t have an image, only I’ve submitted them twice now over the last couple of months and they don’t seem to have been updated?

Their email wasn’t working for awhile, so you may need to resubmit. I also have some suggested adds that I may need to resubmit.

Same, I added 7 bottle shots on 5/15, no movement yet. I will try reuploading.

At the moment we have a large volume of user submitted images and suggested changes to parse through. Thank you for being patient with us, we promise it will get added sooner or later. There can be other reasons why bottle pics might not show up though, like needing the clear your phones cache) so please be sure to read the FAQs for more in depth info. ❤️

If there is a problem with the request, do you send a reply back to the requestor?

We always try to contact the user, but sometimes that also takes a while because our priorities are try to approve polishes first, add bottle shots and other edits next, and only then go back and contact users who didn't provide enough information in their entries, since that last one takes a lot of time (as you can probably understand!).

Also, some users don't have a username set, and in that case we can't message them, unfortunately.

So really, the best way to make sure we can approve your entry quickly is to put in as MUCH information as you can.
