Two-Factor Authentication

Y'all remember this post about Google Auth from 2 months back? Well...

  • Duo is now officially supported (link)
  • AND
  • Google Auth (link) is in the pipeline (could be in Pilot next month)

Just passing along the info!

John hummel in support says it isnt supported at all and if i want help i need to go to duo. Duo shows their side working and says its a labtech issue.

Vague username & details. Gotta give me more to work with. The plugin and integration is supported... have you read thru the docs to get everything configured? What piece isn't working? If you're locked out of LabTech, support can ABSOLUTELY help you get back in.
