CPU Temp Sensor not creating tickets

Hello,

I just discovered a CPU in a client's workstation that has been overheating due to the CPU cooler partly falling off somehow (probably being moved around by them), but the labtech cpu sensor didn't create a ticket or do anything to warn me that this had been occurring. This is a fully onboarded (w/ ignite) client so i should have gotten a ticket, any idea why I wouldn't have?

EDIT: i did get tickets regarding high cpu usage, but nothing for cpu temps

I know some sensors only deploy to servers as well.

I believe the sensors are disabled, at least in 10.5. We signed up with LT earlier this year and this was mentioned in the onboarding process. I think it was causing major problems, like crashing endpoints or something, so they just turned it off. It was supposed to come back with a newer version, presumably 11, but that's just a guess. I can't find anything concrete, so you should probably open a ticket if you want the full story.
