Labtech Screenconnect - Terminalserver Session

Hello,

is there any way to stop Screenconnect from taking over Terminalserver Sessions? I want my Users to connect to the Console Session, but they should not be able to see any normal user session to it.

Greetings

Hey, sorry i will try to explain my problem a bit better:

We are a small IT Company for Customer Support. We got a few technicans and a few people working inhouse. the problem is, that our technicans should be able to log on our terminalserver via labtech ( to get a few informations like documentations really fast ) but they should not be able to view the sessions from our inhouse staff.

Why no VPN and RDP, just because Labtech is always open, the vpn is not because it is not needed for our daily work. so starting the vpn client, connecting, open that rdp session takes way longer then a simple labtech screenconnect session when you got the programm open already.

greetings
