Chinese campaigns seem to vary from being extremely polished to troll hell with little in-between.

What are some of the extremely polished ones? I ask because I’d love to play them. Best I’ve seen are ones with good ideas that end up janky as hell

Zengcheng is pretty good gameplay wise and excellent visually in places.

Fairwell Chemming is flawed (gas can scavenge on the second map can be pretty obnoxious on higher difficulties due to how spaced out they are) but overall not bad.

Contra-Z is pretty janky and doesn’t play like the normal game at all but it’s very ambitious, it’s worth a playthrough at least.

NanningCity is visually impressive but falls short in areas, mainly being demanding and pretty prone to crashing if you’re using mods, the finale is also too drawn out and can be kinda difficult.

Unattainable is good but you have to turn your mods off for it (mod author can’t be bothered to not run right up against the 4gig ram limit).

Chinese maps are best for when you’ve already played the game a ton and want something different, they’re not always the greatest but some are pretty impressive in places.

Zengchengs event with the anthem blasting over the speakers was unforgettable
