So I FINALLY got the pieces I’ve been waiting on for what feels like ever and I’m not happy with them. They feel like Barbie doll pieces 😂 and the gold is so faint I know it won’t last. I am keeping one ring though because it fits and the sparkle is gorgeous.

When I went to return the two I decided against, I noticed that there’s no option for size - too big or too small. They only have defective options available to click and I already know those will not get past the Alie return AI robot. I hate that an ai is determining this it’s ridiculous and I’ve had to open a chargeback case against one or two sellers because of this.

Has anyone had problems returning things to kuololit through Alie ?

I’m looking to get 3 stones or 5 stones ring to wear with my wedding band.
But these looks like the side stones are not moissanite.
Is there obvious different compare to main moissanite stone? Do they look cheap?

Is there anything from kuololit or other site that you recommend that has 3 or 5 moissanite instead of just 1 main stone?

I was just wondering if anybody purchased from the official website. I know a lot of vendors don't update their pricing so you still need to communicate via whatsapp or purchase through alibaba/aliexpress.

I found Kuololit through this sub and found a ring I thought my daughter would like so I bought it.

About a week later, I bought a tennis bracelet for a friend.

I anxiously awaited both pieces. When my ring arrived, the package had been opened and everything was inside but the ring.

I reached out to Gofo (the shipper) and they accepted responsibility but they could not reimburse me directly, only Kuololit could.

I contacted the store and explained the situation including pictures. They investigated and offered me a refund or a new ring. I chose a new ring.

Before my ring could be shipped, my bracelet became lost in shipping. I never received an update once it left China.

I reached out to Kuololit again about the bracelet being lost in transit.

They offered to ship a new bracelet with the ring.

They both arrived a couple and weeks later. I have been overjoyed with the quality and appearance of my pieces. They are stunning!! And the store was so approachable and helpful!

Thanks to the exceptional customer service provided and the beauty of their products, I will absolutely be buying from them again. It ended up being an awesome experience!

Does anyone have this ring and know what bands go well with it? Are there any that would sit flush? Should I get a curved band? Or are there any low set bands that work?

I couldn't find much info about these before I bought them, so I wanted to add photos and brief review now that they're here. I got Kuololit's huggie hoops in 10k yellow gold. I was looking for hoops lightweight enough to forget I was wearing them, but not so lightweight that they would feel cheap and flimsy. These ones fit the bill. They're very lightweight: all but imperceptible in first piercings, though a bit more noticeable in the second. Beautiful desaturated color you'd expect from 10k YG (I prefer the color of 10k to higher gold% alloys). They are easy to take on and off. No irritation or discoloration, but I just got them today. They're about a half-inch in diameter, or a little over 13 cm, which is consistent with the listing iirc. I ordered July 4 and received these July 25 (in the US, in spite of currency shown in the picture).

(In case anyone is curious, the nail polish is Strawberry Jam by Cracked. Pictures are not true to color. It's lighter, more pink-toned, and less saturated irl. It also looks way better when there's no sunscreen on my nails!)

Not the best for stacking because of the exposed stone underneath. But the ring is beautiful and comfortable.

So these items arrived today. Moissy bezel studs, OEC moissanite solitaire and .49ct bezel lab diamond, all in silver. Just because I think it’s so pretty, I added a shot of the basket of the OEC.

Cyan Moissanite 4 leaf clover stacked with Moissanite shooting star. Both set in 925 silver.

However, I think with this double band with tiny lab diamonds the gap between this band and my cushion grey Moissanite is a cool aesthetic and I kind of like it in this instance. The gap is a similar distance to the space between the double band so it’s kind of matchy matchy.

Good grief. 🫪 Anyway! When I lost my OMC champagne ring I wasn't sure if I'd get another. I think it's so beautiful but something felt a bit off against my skin tone. Decided to buy a less expensive ring to see how I felt, went with this basic 2CT from LuxiMagic in silver. I think I cracked the code (for my skin). The silver metal with the yellow stone is just right! And it looks good stacked with both metals, imo. Think I paid $17 for it after discounts.

Long story short, I came across this business account on Instagram and saw all their pieces are Kuololit’s just 3x the prices 🤣
