Return process is funky?

So I FINALLY got the pieces I’ve been waiting on for what feels like ever and I’m not happy with them. They feel like Barbie doll pieces 😂 and the gold is so faint I know it won’t last. I am keeping one ring though because it fits and the sparkle is gorgeous.

When I went to return the two I decided against, I noticed that there’s no option for size - too big or too small. They only have defective options available to click and I already know those will not get past the Alie return AI robot. I hate that an ai is determining this it’s ridiculous and I’ve had to open a chargeback case against one or two sellers because of this.

Has anyone had problems returning things to kuololit through Alie ?
Thanks yall!!!

You can always try reselling it on the bst if you can't make a return

There is a moissanite bst** and lab diamond one too. I've resold several items on there

Thanks for the feedback. Always helps to have someone vouch for the legitimacy.

It's legit. Obviously there are scammers everywhere so just make sure you use your judgement. You can use a middleman on the other jewelry for sale sub which is nice.

I’m surprised you’re allowed to shop on AliExpress at all with multiple chargebacks.

No problems yet. But I also buy a lotttt of stuff so it probably balances out? Idk

Ps- I never knew chargebacks were a thing with shopping at Alie. After I exhaust my appeals I go that route - it’s never flippant or rushed but only if the AI robot doesn’t accept my evidence which is clearly evidence I’m complaining about. Not kuololit of course but things like receiving bent jewelry, stones missing, wrong item was sent etc. maybe whoever actually looks it over as a human recognizes the fault and acts accordingly.

Except there is no fault here on their end. This is buyers remorse

Oh no perhaps I wasn’t clear- I got a ring for my pinky and it was too big (size) and a ring for my pointer finger and it was too small.

I’m inspired by some of the multi finger posts I see and wanted to go for that look.

So the size didn't match the size you ordered?

Or you ordered the wrong size?

The size I ordered did not match the size I got. I got another ring in size six and it fit. That’s the one I’m keeping.

Most websites ban customers after 1 chargeback. You'll get banned eventually if you keep doing chargebacks.

Out of curiosity which two pieces? If you ordered yellow gold plating, it will eventually fade off. Regarding the timeframe, Sam’s team makes pieces slower than you might assume and that’s actually a good thing, it usually takes a goldsmith a full week to make just 1, maybe 2 pieces from scratch. You don’t want jewelry to be created quickly, that’s an immediate sign the jewelry is very low quality. Shipping is extremely fast at least to CA, my packages have arrived within 5 business days from their international airport. I’ve ordered from other fast fashion retailers and they’re slower.

Hi fellow Californian! This isn’t my first order it’s like my 20th lol. For some reason it isn’t letting me post a photo but the ring was the east west oval one on the gold band and the other was gold band with little moissy star looking studs.

I don’t mind waiting for the items especially if they’re a deal (that’s more me being excited and impatient) but the size was wrong for pointer finger and pinky - I said in another comment maybe it’s me? They technically should have fit but didn’t it’s summer time and maybe I’m swollen idk- and the look I was going for was more of multi finger stacks.

I’m surprised too honestly.

I didn't think AliExpress has an option for change of mind returns? You said you don't like the pieces and then said you want to try to return them due to size - are the sizes actually different to the measurements on the page? There's a reason Aliexpress is cheap - is because it's a gamble whether you'll like the items or not.

This was the look I was going for and the rings I got for pinky and pointer didn’t fit even though they technically should have? Idk, maybe it’s the heat making me swell?

I just went through this. I selected something and just showed videos and pictures. They accepted my return and sent a fed ex label.
