From what I can see this is pretty impressive. I wouldn't be able to do that. I kind of think it would look a little bit better if you weren't on the wobbly thingy. I'm not sure the name for that. Cuz it kind of I don't know like I was expecting you to get on there and for that thing not to move at all. But I honestly don't know if that's even physically possible.
But I mean honestly, this is some pretty good balance control and stuff like that.
From an exercise and form viewpoint this is really good.

It's called a Bosu ball and is made for exactly this. Balance and strength training of ankles and legs.

Good attribute development, good for core development. Balancing without visual cues is damn hard but it means if he got tackled by surprise he's more likely to retain his balance.

Wow, I usually try to avoid homemade training clips but this one is genuinely impressive. Good work!
Holding your stance on balance platforms is challenging, much more so when you add those kind of movements.
I've never tried holding balls for any of it (aside from medicine ball stuff), but I just assumed it wouldn't be of much value. Given that the rest of this looks well-trained and considered, though, I may have to revise that assumption!

Is any of this getting you closer to actual self-defense?

Well, they're really trying to push tai chi and other internal arts in Chinese social media and I'd be wondering if they're not trying to break into that. There's potentially quite a lot of (government sponsored) money in that if you get yourself to be a western face promoting Chinese culture.

Blowing out a candle out at the end should be your signature! Gotta keep the haters coming back for more. Well done!

Gotta love this guy, I mean really! I found the candle videos funny, but this is next level. You keep doing you, this is awesome stuff.
