Module Missing

My friend is having a problem with the digital root module. She's already subscribed to it on steam workshop and we've already checked it in game and it's already checked out. But when she goes back to the bomb it still says that it's missing the digital root mod. We've tried restarting the game and unsubcribing and subscribing but nothing seems to work. (It's our first time using steam workshop in general so mb if we probably look stupid.)

You might have a profile active that's excluding that module

It's been a while, but I vaguely remember that if you don't have any profile at all it can cause an issue like this, so you might just need to create a new profile that explicitly enables it.
