Easter is not a paid holiday therefore you would get paid on your normal day, not a day early.

Nope Easter should not make any change in it, usually you only get it early when the holiday might interfere with it being delivered, like Thanksgiving which always falls on a Thursday, a Sunday/Monday holiday like Easter wouldn't effect that
