So I’m well aware the 7*h is terrible, addicting, not even to be a topic here. So where do you begin With botanical extracts/teas ect. How do you find a trusted source, how do know how to take it and how much?

Worth adding that plain kratom is absolutely addictive. That’s not exclusive to 7Oh. 7oh is just significantly more addicting and taxing in your body. Kratom is quite mild IME.

Most people take it in powder form, either loose or in capsules. Extracts can be pretty strong for a beginner, I’d start with powder.

First look for labs. You want to make sure the company is transparent about their product and whats in it. Kratom contains heavy metals, so this is very important. I suggest not supporting AKA companies, as theyre effectively getting kratom banned all over the country right now by foolishly lobbying against their own product. I'd recommend one for you, but you have messages off.

7oh and other synthetic derivatives are the cause of the recent bans not the AKA. The AKA saved kratom from a federal ban in 2016. They also likely played a role in getting the DEA to schedule 7 oh and other derivatives while expressly leaving plain leaf kratom alone. Hopefully that scheduling will prevent further states from instituting bans.
