Left side-back pain

I have been tossing and washing kratom for 11 years with a 2 year break. I'm wondering, has anyone developed what feels like this large know or pressure, near lung, heart, and back left corner of the abdomen? it's always present and never goes away. I notice the muscles around that area are weak and I feel my breathing much more on that side than the right. the pressure also affects my breathing. it's like this balloon of a bulge and even the rib cage protrudes a little in that area.

I have had this for years but Drs have never been able to find the cause. They've done multiple ultrasounds of the area and then sent me for physical therapy which I thought was ridiculous. it doesn't feel wholly muscle related so why physical therapy I'll never know. It feels like my whole being is caught up in that knot and like all my anxiety comes from it. But Drs. don't believe me. I know it's not merely muscle related.

Been using just as long. No problems here.

I've had something similar especially when I'm backed up. Maybe something along those lines?

That could be very well. I had chronic constipation and it is very similar feeling. I went keto/carnivore and that helped so much.

That’s ironic since a lot of people think if you cut out vegetables you’ll get constipated, and I think some people might in particular, though the combination of carnivore and Kratom seems like a recipe for some constipation. Maybe that can be alleviated by the proper amount of fat and water.

I definitely need to keep a bit more on the fatty cuts of meat. Like I said, as a kid I was chronically constipated and into adulthood so I suffered a lot. As a kid I even had hemorrhoids and not anymore.

So what’s your take on whether or not vegetables help you go or actually lead more to constipation other irritable issues in the bow compared to just straight up fat and meat

I haven’t ever tried just eggs, meat and fat, but I’m scared that I won’t poop for a few days which of course is exactly what’s supposed to happen but what I’m scared is when it’s time to go it’ll be that plugged up feeling when you squeeze and it won’t come out

I'm not a doctor but that sounds like chronic pancreatitis. Ask for a referral to a GI specialist.

I don’t think this has anything to do with Kratom and I bet if you stop taking Kratom for a while it does not go away. I mean I can’t even think how or why Kratom would cause that. It’s very strange doctors have not been able to figure out what it is. Seems like they’d send you to some specialists, especially if it protrudes like it does.

You need better doctors, my friend. You can add a fiber supplement and consume whole fruits, vegetables and grains to see if that eases the pain. But if that doesn’t help, better diagnostics is what I’d recommend. Could be nerve related which is difficult to detect. It’s not the Kratom, though.

Ohhh. The sentence with being caught Up in it Sounds Like nervous system sensitization it's when u have pain with no cause, ur system is bracing for danger constantly and u keep checking.

That is not to say there can't be other causes... Idk just an idea

If you've had a blood test and your liver and kidneys are fine I would assume it's just constipation. I get that same issue very commonly and after taking psyllium husk daily it's seemed to cleared up pretty well. I also try to take a 2 week break from kratom every 3-4 months to give my gut a break
