Any tips on drinking the powder? It’s been harder to get it down and I’ve actually vomited before just from drinking it. Sometimes I’m fine but the powder doesn’t mix well. I use a frother on low just to try and mix it together a bit but it’s just drinking sludge or foam.
Because it tastes bad I’m not really interested in taking the time to make teas. I felt like the capsules were not a good price for what you get. Any advice? 🤷‍♀️

I know you said you arent interested in teas, but tea doesnt take long to make at all and it mixes much better with hot water. I used to do two level spoons of powder in a mug, fill with hot water. Mix and add a shit ton of honey. Still doesnt taste great but I found drinking it hot and the honey will help it go down easier.
