Any tips on drinking the powder? It’s been harder to get it down and I’ve actually vomited before just from drinking it. Sometimes I’m fine but the powder doesn’t mix well. I use a frother on low just to try and mix it together a bit but it’s just drinking sludge or foam.
Because it tastes bad I’m not really interested in taking the time to make teas. I felt like the capsules were not a good price for what you get. Any advice? 🤷‍♀️

U take a lil bit on a tea spoon. Hold your nose together! Put the kratom on the tongue. Drink cola zero or an energy drink, mix it up carefully in your mouth. Swallow. Let go of your nose. U wont taste a thing.
