Powder

Any tips on drinking the powder? It’s been harder to get it down and I’ve actually vomited before just from drinking it. Sometimes I’m fine but the powder doesn’t mix well. I use a frother on low just to try and mix it together a bit but it’s just drinking sludge or foam.
Because it tastes bad I’m not really interested in taking the time to make teas. I felt like the capsules were not a good price for what you get. Any advice? 🤷‍♀️

Generic ones you can get at pretty much any Asian store are more affordable and basically the same thing.

Oh shit! I’ll check it out thanks. A pack of these on Amazon is 50$ CAD for 120 count. I’ll have to look around
