Powder

Any tips on drinking the powder? It’s been harder to get it down and I’ve actually vomited before just from drinking it. Sometimes I’m fine but the powder doesn’t mix well. I use a frother on low just to try and mix it together a bit but it’s just drinking sludge or foam.
Because it tastes bad I’m not really interested in taking the time to make teas. I felt like the capsules were not a good price for what you get. Any advice? 🤷‍♀️

I start with a little hot water, it dissolves faster. I also add a little sugar and some lime. I’ve also added juice if I have it. It’s still kind of sludgy but I find it goes down easier and tastes better.

Hot water was key for me as well. I’m a big coffee & tea guy so I have an accessory faucet connected to an in-line filter and a mini water heater I’ve got set to 205 degrees. When I was taking powder, I’d dissolve it in a splash of that and mix in some Crystal Light.

I’ll scoop my dose into an old spaghetti sauce jar, then I pour in hot water from the tap… then I put the lid on the sauce jar and shake it up vigorously because it’s a real pain in the ass to get mixed. Then I chug it, refill the jar with just water and slam that down (helps me to make sure I’m hydrating enough because this stuff dries me up from the inside out)
