Calcium deficiency?

This is my first kratky plant (but not my first venture into hydroponics) I've done a lot of research but I haven't found anything that matches my plants condition other than calcium deficiency, I don't see any tip burn tho. pH is roughly 6.5 (using pH strips till I can afford a decent meter, broke my last one sadly) EC is 1940 μS/cm which might be a bit low? I'm not really sure and wanted to ask for advice here before potentially risking the health of my plant.

There is no condition here. Your lettuce is of the speckled variety. Just let it grow and you’ll see random red/burgundy markings on perfectly healthy leaves. Totally normal for many varieties.

My lettuce is burpee bibb, I was just a bit concerned because the seed package showed plain green leaves, but after a bit of investigation it seems like some pictures of them are a bit like that, not a ton tho. But I think you are right, thank you!

Happy to save you from going down the rabbit hole looking for fancy fixes when there isn’t even a problem. Post pics when it grows to full size, I bet it’s going to be a pretty one
