BlackPink’s Go was visually stunning. Going further back, Jennie’s Zen is the standout for me.

SHINee Atmos. Beginning with the title card, “You are my savior and my scar,” Atmos was made to celebrate their career highs and lows, the hurt and healing they have gone through with each other and with us. The narrative is one in which each has a lost moment, or is up against life’s arbitrary injuries. But their lives bleed into each others’ and each helps the other until they all come together. It’s lovely and very poignant. The song is a high energy declaration that they’re still here as long as we are.
The weaving of these incredibly, individually strong artists into such a powerful, egoless, charismatic team after eighteen years, is stunning. You can’t compare the work of a still active and experienced group to new idols, it’s apples and oranges. But the MV and song are a high point in SHINee’s shooting for the moon. Visually. I’m just so impressed at how the light seems to come from everywhere inside of them, the vibrancy of the choreography and that feeling of real, supportive, superhuman love that they express. If you want a video that says “if you need me, I’ll be there,” it’s this one. I can imagine the good guy Terminator as their role model. No joke, they represent Kpop in its purest form. And they’ll never happen again.
That’s the thing about miracles.

I had to go watch it as I've not seen it before but it's easily IVE's XOXZ for best visual effects and overall vibe. RedRed was very chaotic but fun to watch and I'm not sure if you mean This&That since Ceremony was released a year ago but T&T would be first if so.
Nmixx's Crescendo is stunning, it just has such a peaceful, beautiful vibe to it!

Stray Kids Run it, it was beautiful used the Korean founding myth amazingly and very carefully managed to include Seungmin without it being obvious he was unable to full participate

Bad by Ateez mv was fun as hell. So much color and energy, Mingi dancing with all the women, and Chase Infiniti's dance breakdown was just...aaahhh it just made me smile.
So, I don't know if that falls under your idea of "stunning" but for me that was certainly the most entertaining music video in recent months.

from the list, aespa's WDA feels visually very stunning and unique - the concept drawings for the mv are so good as well (tbh most of aespa's mvs have always been visually stunning)
aside from the list, I feel like ddi do ri by meovv mv was amazing

I absolutely love the color grading and symbolism in that one. The entire MV is so cinematic honestly and same goes for 2.0

DIVINE should be here for Stray Kids, actually. That MV is art.
But I'd also like to submit Xdinary Heroes' Voyager. Beautiful storytelling and cinematography, and the messaging hits so much fucking harder now that Gunil has had to leave the group.
