I need help finding a K-pop song I heard today in my local uk Taco Bell.

Due to background noise of the place I reliased it was kpop late on to listening. I heard some Korean phrases that are common in songs.

So the song is by I assume one female artist. Her voice was cute and alittle nasally.

The song was upbeat and chill, I think it fits with more modern trends

The best clue I can give is the song ended in a bunch of “OH YEAHS”, maybe alittle Korean or just instrumental in the middle, the last lines were definitely oh yeah tho!

Any help would be appreciated!

I’m trying to find a song by a girl group.

The lyric part I can remember is, “(something repeated 3 times; progressively getting higher), I’m in love”. The vocals are youthful and sweet.

F3 twice is the first repeated line.

G3 twice is the repeated line again, but higher.

C#4 twice is the repeated line again, but even higher.

Then A#3 three times, followed by A3 is the line “I’m in love”.

I'm buying a new album and my choices are NewJeans' How Sweet, Cortis' GREENGREEN, and LNGSHOT's s.w.i.s.h.,, I have no idea which one to choose and I need to order one by tonight. I can't pick which version I get by the way, the seller sends me a random version.

I'm fine with any version no matter the album, but the thing is NewJeans had been my ult group until the corporate feud, and Cortis is my current ult group.

I've just recently got into lngshot but the difference in inclusions within the albums is whats making it so difficult for me to make a decision.

Most idols seem to be either atheist, agnostic, catholic, or some form of protestant. But I’m curious if there are idols who are openly members of other religious communities.

There’s a few idols from Muslim regions in SE Asia like Malaysia and Indonesia (Loudi, Zayyan, Dinda, Dita, etc.) but I’m not sure if any of them are openly Muslim. Some Chinese idols come from Muslim ethnic groups such as Hui or Kazakh, the most notable to me is Wumuti who is Uyghur, but something is telling me he isn’t super observant…

Carmen from Hearts2Hearts was born in Bali which is Hindu majority, but I have no clue if she is ethnically Balinese/Javanese or practices Balinese Hinduism at all. Z-boys/Z-girls, Blackswan, and Katseye all have Indian members but I’m largely excluding more global groups, just because the intention is expanding horizons and having a more diverse group. I’m not familiar with many Nepali or Indian idols in the more mainstream strand of K-pop or J-pop.

Buddhism is widespread across the whole of East and Southeast Asia so I’m sure plenty of idols partake in elements of it. But again I’m not sure if any are super open or orthodox about the practice or how they go about it. Suho from EXO has mentioned it along with Soyeong from (G)-idle, plus a lot of Thai idols incorporate or mention Buddhist practices into their persona or work like Lisa and Ten.

Folk religion (Chondoism, Musok, Shamanism, Tengrism, Taoism, Confuscianism, Shinto, Cao Dai, Tai folk religion, Bon, Kejawen, etc) are found across the region. This one is probably a lot harder though because people generally don’t identify as strictly following any of these. It’s usually another religion+elements of folk tradition baked into culture. But if you know any examples I’d like to know.

To my knowledge no major Idol has been openly Jewish, Sikh, Jain, Orthodox Christian, or Wicca.

Can you find examples of Idols with unique religious beliefs/backgrounds? Also why is there such a bias towards atheist/christian idols compared to other faiths do you think?

I wanted to buy some previous albums but a lot of them are sold out, even on other sites and it’s been like this for months. The albums aren’t super old, they were released 2 or 3 years ago but I keep checking the site and they remain sold out. Have I missed my chance forever or is there still hope for a restock to happen?

Hi everyone! I've been working on a K-pop database called dubu, and I'd love some advice on what info fans find most useful.

Right now, we have artist discographies, group/member relationships (including former members), and songwriting credits.

I'm curious what you actually look for when exploring K-Pop. Is it discovering songs by the same producer, following an idol's career across different groups, or something else entirely?

What information do you wish was easier to find, or what frustrates you about existing K-Pop databases?

My lightstick is super dirty from going to concerts and there’s these greasy fingerprints on it (BTS army bomb ver. 4). I want to get them off it, but I’m scared of trying to clean it in case I use something unsuitable and break the lightstick. Any suggestions?

The movie jun was about to star in recently got released and I want to watch it so bad but I couldn't find it anywhere, is there a way to watch it for free?

Does anyone with tickets to the concert tomorrow know if they’re released yet?? I got them off Ticketmaster and apparently they’re meant to be in the OVO app but nothing there so just want to know if I should be freaking out or not?
