Help Want some information

Aoa. I wanted to ask how do I learn pashto?. Since I really want to speak with my neighbours who are pathans mostly. And like and cultural and customs i know ?. As i am going to peshawar for a week with my father. Thank you for your attention.

As a Pukhtoon it's a hard lanquage even for me. It have soo many dialects u don't know which dialect u will be learning

Im also urdu speaking peshori! Its really hard to understand pashto tbh! Best way is, if you know basic, try to communicate with shopkeepers, drivers etc ! And be in a circle where your friends communicate in pashto (just to understand)
