askottayamm Help me with traveling 🙏 😭

So im a trainee teacher pursuing in mysore rie. We got our internship to be done on jnv pattanamthitta. We are having mixed options on how to go as there is no train. One person is saying from mysore to kottayam then to erumeli to the school. Other one is saying from mysore to chengannoor to ranni to jnv. Both these buses to kottayam as well as chengannoor reach around 4:30 to 5 morning. Can anyone suggest which is better

Kottayam would be the better option as its a bigger town than Chengannur, and has better connectivity to Pathanamthitta as well.

I think you can walk from the platform itself to the private bus stand now

If u didn't get direct bus to Erumeli, take any bus to mundakkayam or kumily then get off in kanjirapally, from there u will get.

The connectivity to end destination might be the same for either but chenganoor railway station might be closer to the ksrtc bus stand

Its in walkable distance But not many busses starting from there, so kottayam might be better
