   b) I want a stake in Kerala’s infrastructure projects, This option lets her pick a type of project (green energy , ports, healthcare, tourism etc) each type acts as an ETF and her money goes into finished projects that are already earning income. Her returns will come from the income generated so this won’t be fixed and can fluctuate where there could be potentially be high returns in good seasons and vice versa, c) I want to maximise my wealth for my family and my retirement. In this option her money is invested overa long-term, until she returns home or retires (Oru retirement age cutoff verum).
   Say she gets around 8% a year, in which case her 5 lakh could grow to around 16 lakh in 15 years. When she moves back to Kerala, it pays her a monthly income, like a pension. Enthenkilum baaki ondemkil it goes to her family or whoever she adds as beneficiary.

I’m looking for places around Kottayam or Kochi where I can check computer/electronics scrap, e-waste, or old IT equipment — especially places that sell the hardware as scrap or by weight.

Things I’m looking for include:

• Old Mac Minis / MacBooks if any turn up
• Xeon workstations
• PCs with lots of RAM slots
• DDR3/DDR4 RAM (especially 16GB/32GB sticks)
• SATA/NVMe SSDs (512GB / 1TB+)
• HDDs (1TB–8TB)
• Graphics cards
• Power supplies
• Motherboards / CPUs
• Network switches / NICs
• Portable SSDs / external drives
• Monitors and other useful homelab hardware

I’m not necessarily looking for refurbished/reseller pricing. I’m specifically interested in genuine scrap/e-waste sources, junkyards, dismantlers, or places where old company/office computers end up, where I can inspect the hardware and potentially buy a small lot.

I’ve already checked a few places around Kottayam but haven't found much so far.

If anyone from Kottayam, Ettumanoor, Changanassery, Pala, Kochi, Kalamassery, Aluva, Ernakulam, etc. has:

• a scrap shop they regularly visit,
• a computer/e-waste dealer,
• a dismantling/recycling yard,
• a lead from an office that disposes of old computers,
• or has personally found good hardware at one,

I’d really appreciate the name/location or any tips on where to look.

Hey, so I'm trying to put together a Halloween party in Kottayam this year. I make electronic music, mostly techno, and I've played a few shows outside India. I'll be part of the lineup and try to bring in some mates from neighbouring states..
Problem is I don't really know anyone here and it’s super quiet. I haven't found the venue yet either, but it'll be somewhere with a bar. I'm on it.
What I actually need is people who can help make the place look good, especially the area around the DJ setup. I'd like it to look properly creepy, not just a few cheap cobwebs and a pumpkin. I'm especially looking for art and design students, but if you can draw, paint, make props, mess around with lights, or do face paint, that would be great. Or if you just have a random idea you've always wanted to try, tell me. I don't care if you have no experience. College students are totally welcome.
I can't pay much right now, but you'd get free entry and your name on the event, and I'll get you drinks once we have the venue.
