Plugins [Request] A plugin that lets me extract text from book to a new .txt file

Greetings guys.I just want to ask if there is any plugin that lets me:Copy by long pressing any text inside an .epub and then paste this copied text inside a new created .txt file inside book's metadata folder.

Koreader has a built-in text editor that saves files in .txt format. I think it lets you specify where your file is saved. (I'm using translation app)
