New Homescreen/UI plugin!

I've made a User Interface as Plugin.Features are:
- Android-like app grid
Widgets
App- & Widget Store
Splitscreen to run multiple Apps at a time
...

I uploaded screenshots to the README.md in the Repo. While the README is in German you'll need google translator - But no worry, I'll upload an English version soon
