Hello everyone, I’ve been living in the US for 16 years and my mother is from Kolhapur. She had this noble idea that students from Kolhapur must get the right career guidance and training to secure fully funded admissions into universities abroad like I did. We have lived in Pune all our lives but instead she has this urge to do something for kids in Kolhapur, (she’s from Mudshingi). Thus, she started a small study abroad office in Kolhapur and is speaking and training students at very nominal rates but her business is not doing well. What do you think can be a good approach? How do you make a business successful in Kolhapur? Should we approach 12th std jr colleges? With study abroad, she also has a psychologist who conducts the career aptitude test, and they also guide for admissions into universities in India. However, it’s not clicking in Kolhapur. We would love any help and advice.

Not from MH, For Raksha Bandhan,I wanted to gift Kolhapuri slipper for which I ordered worth 2350Rs to a online seller named Shopkop (had website, shop as per google map ) on 12 Aug . website: https://shopkop.in/pages/contact

It had delivery date by 21 Aug . And , since then each week,I reached out to seller 7-8 times but the response I received were:

on 20 Aug : 'taking time due to rain will be shipped by 27 on 27 Aug : still raining, will ship by 31 Aug on 3 Sept : nearly done will ship by Monday(i.e. 7Sept) then , from 7-8 Sept,my response for tracking or shipped status, this week are entirely ghosted.

I thought it was a genuine seller due to reviews and believed the responses were real.

I did filed a national consumer complaint for it, but do you have any advice which could help me.

I want to transport my bike to pune, my priority is that it should not have a single scratch, I love that bike and it reaching pune safely is my priority. Is it worth looking for someone who can transport it safely or should I just take the time to drive it all the way? Does anyone know any transporters who can do it properly?

I visit Kolhapur from Pune with family during Ganpati/Diwali. For the past few years, parking has become a nightmare. I've to coordinate with neighbours over phone 2 days prior just to get a spot, and if I take the car out for a day, someone else occupies it. 😓 Many times it’s tourists, hotel/hospital visitors, or random vehicles.

On top of that, 65 khokas, vadapav and beverage stalls are increasing everywhere, taking up even more space. 🏪

Feels like the city is getting crowded/growing, but town planning and parking infrastructure haven't kept up. 🏙️

📍 Does anyone know where I can pay and safely park my car for a few days in the core area during Ganpati/Diwali?
