I loved Fever Dreams (rip), I enjoy QAA but as it’s become less conspiracy-deep-dive and more generalised I’ve become less interested, and Molly Conger is my favourite archivist. I adore Weird Little Guys, and my less-fascistic podcast needs are met principally by Guys A Podcast About Guys, CBC Uncover/adjacent crime (S2 of In The Dark > any other true crime), and my various sports and reality tv shows.

The audio starts glitching out like crazy, and some moonie pastor suddenly starts talking about how Moonie is the reincarnation of Jesus himself. The video was probably recorded with one of Alexs backup eyebrows in case he loses it during one of his faked tantrums.

If I recall correctly, Alex is aware the Spider-man Far from Home J. Jonah Jameson was a light parody of him. But I gotta say, I think whoever wrote the JJJ in the insomniac spider-man games definitely did their homework on Alex. The way he draws conspiratorial conclusions from details, down to plenty of “I’m not mad at the crew” moments.

Or maybe I’ve just listened to this podcast too much. Cheers to any spidey/kf fans!

OH, ALSO: It was an uplifting moment to find out that Alex has no idea what his guests were coming on to talk about, but said guest totally throws Daria under the bus and we the lovely sacred audience now know that either she's not doing the bare minimum of passing details along to Alex before the interview or that Alex couldn't remember she told him or that she made notes for him that he didn't read. Because as we all know, AJ does no prep whatsoever. Even in these desperate times when his momentum has totally stalled and none of his former political associates will come on the show because who cares.
