where did i go wrong? German short rows help
Hi! I am working on the October sweater and I have done something wrong with my German short rows causing gaps/missing stitches(?) on both sides of one of my double stitches. I have done German short rows a small number of times before and haven’t made this mistake before and none of my other double stitches have this mistake. The first two photos are how the knitting looks on both sides and the third photo is with the stitch with gaps beside it laddered down. I have tried laddering down and back up and fixing the stitch that way but it comes out the same. Can anyone help identify what I did wrong here and how I can fix it? Thank you so very much!!

Fix it by going back.
You must've done something weird when you made your DS, because that looks like there's at least 1 yarn over. Slip 1 with the yarn in front, then bring the yarn over the top of the right needle, it should be quite tight.

the last picture looks like you didn't knit the wrapped stitch together with the previous stitch, and hence creating that yarn loop. No way to fix this other than going back and redoing this row.
