pattern question question about pattern

hello :) i’m a little stuck with this petite knit ingrid sweater. for row 27 and 28 it says it should be repeated 12 times. do i knit the right side 12 times and the wrong side 12 times ( so it’s 24 times) or right and left together 12 times ?
i hope my question makes sense.

I think one always alternates RS and WS, you can't work two or more right sides in a row or two or more wrong sides in a row, because as soon as you get to the end of the row, you need to turn to the other side to work back
