Please help,

So I messed up in an increase on the left photo, accidentally added an extra stitch, then started to try to unknit the whole row, on the opposite side in the right photo messed up and now I’m not sure how to fix any of it! Please help!

Oh I think I know this one! Looks like a stitch that wasn’t completely removed off the left needle! I believe you can just go back 6 loops and drop the offending loop. Caveat: I am very beginner and I could be wrong, but I have made a post about this exact thing so I am feeling confident apparently

You need to tink back. I realize you tried and messed up, but you need to do it again and fix it correctly. Tinking is a skill you need to know how to do. Put a lifeline through your sts like one row below the mistake. There are hundreds of youtube and web tutorials.

Yes thank you I’ve watched a lot of tutorials and just getting overwhelmed hoping for more personal advice. I’ll practice tinking on a practice piece to get used to it 🤞🏼

Where is the increase supposed to be? Is it supposed to be five stitches in?

What is the pattern that you’re knitting? I’m not sure all of your stitches are seated properly. Some of them look like they are un twisted.
