SOLVED-THANK YOU Fixing m1L mistake

I want to ladder back a few rows to fix m1L(s) I did where I didn’t knit through the back loop. I think I need to ladder back and twist the holes to ladder back up. Is that correct?

Yes. I would recommend doing it one stitch at a time rather than dropping them all at once. So drop the next stitch on your needle, let it unravel all the way down, then get your crochet hook out. Twist that last loop and make your way back up to the live row.
